1 in 5 new moms and 1 in 10 new dads will experience a perinatal mental health condition – Postpartum Support International wants every new parent struggling to know they are not alone, and provides free support groups, community resources and education/training opportunities to promote better mental health outcomes for new parents.
PSI hosts the “Climb” season every year – community events across the world from June through October – to raise funds and awareness about the free programs PSI provides, to honor the climb out of the darkness of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders that countless parents work through.
